From Our Family To Yours!
Amore Bakery and Café is located in Historic Old Gretna. The Owner, Bonnie Pecot purchased the building in April 2015 with the dream of having a family bakery. Bonnie was blessed to work alongside her father and two brothers at her father’s business and wanted to give the same opportunity to her two daughters. After 15 months of renovations, the doors opened on November 25, 2016.
Bonnie and her two daughters, Calli Boullosa Hern, and Pastry Chef, Sage Spicuzza operate the business. Amore is a charming, beautiful bakery serving delicious, high-quality pastries, desserts, specialty local coffee, breakfast, and lunch items. We are also proud to serve 24 flavors of Angelo Brocato’s gelato.
